I wish this was true but right now I just don’t see it. The RB’s together were 25secs and 18secs faster than 3rd place in the first two races. I expect them to run mediums to start and run away from the field.

I don't think I have seen this with these regulations, it is always the inverse with Ferrari being terrible on the tires.

Ferrari, and Haas, seem to have solved their tire wear issues over the winter.

Ferrari has an all new rear suspension which is part of it.

Yuki P8.

He has just ended a second driver's F1 career.

Edit: When they were showing Danny's lap in real-time, I saw him go off the track plain-as-day, but none of the announcers noticed it. I've seen this happen a few times in the past, where they don't seem to looking at the same video feed we're looking at.

Yep. Terrible look for Ricciardo. There’s no reason to not have Lawson in the car at the moment.

Ricciardo haters are worse than Ricciardo fanboys. Y’all really hate the dude for what? Being a likable guy?

I can answer this. It's a combination of a few things.

1. Jacques Villeneuve before this season started: “Ricciardo is a pure product of image and modern social media. You can’t base his long career on results. You just can’t. They don’t stack up. It is amazing. He can thank Netflix and all that kind of stuff. His smile, his attitude in the paddock in front of the camera. Ultimately even against Tsunoda he doesn’t do brilliantly. But he brings value to F1 and that’s why he is there. There are many drivers who are as quick as him but don’t have his image."

2. Danny's excuses. Alan Jones: "At the end of the day, we can’t be blaming the car all the time, which has been a bit of a tendency in the past."

3. Many Danny fans are delusional about Danny. They think he's better than he is, when really they just like his image. They are freaking annoying.

4. Danny fans have been delusional about Yuki. They are among the fans who were convinced that Yuki was unfairly taking up a seat because of Honda's influence, and were convinced last year that Danny would crush Yuki. Despite the evidence showing that Yuki beat Danny last year overall, they were still convinced Danny would destroy Yuki this year on his way to a Red Bull seat. These people have made me feel defensive about Yuki. Last year both Tost and Marko expressed surprise that many people were underrating Yuki. They warned that Yuki wouldn't be easy to beat.

Ricardo is washed. Hamilton is going through the motions for the year until he gets to Ferrari. Sainz is on a mission to show he is better than both Ham and Charles and Ferrari is dumb for letting the best of the 3 go. Perez is going to do typical checo things which always equate to 1 step forward 1 step back.

Nice storylines for this first half of the year.

Yeah, after P2 he said the car is a piece of shite and the worst its been. He doesn't give a shite.

I've wanted Ferrari to turn it on and Sainz to tear things up to show them what they are missing out on. Just need to make sure its only this year and the car turns into a shitbox next year for Hamilton.

I could be considered a fanboy of Danny, but I can also see plain as day that he's washed. I really like Lawson. I wouldnt be shocked to see Danny lose his seat midseason to Lawson. Lawson needs a seat soon. Kid is good.

With his performance so far and the shot across the bow after Saudi, he won't make it to mid-season.

If he performs the same the next 3, I'd bet he is pulled soon after.
