MSNBC's Ari Melber was reading a brief today from the DOJ, the vid is being played on Real America's Voice. The DOJ is stating Trump must be found guilty of some type of felony to keep him from occupying the White House again, the DOJ claims if Trump is not found guilty of insurrection or some othe felonious crime then Trump could win the presidency and order the execution of his political adversaries.

Wouldn’t that be something if there were some people found guilty of treason and they had to beg President Trump for a stay of execution.
