Can we all be reasonable for once and agree

that taking over a rebuilding job in the toughest division in the toughest conference in the country and having back to back 10 win seasons, a division title and Heisman Trophy in the first 2 years is a really good coaching job?

CBKs first two years is an incredible dichotomy that almost too absurd to believe. In addition to the successes you listed, he also had arguably LSUs greatest offense in its history. The other side of that success coin is having the worst defense and special teams in its history too. Too have all that occur in his first two years is mind boggling.

Funny, with that schedule known, the number of 10+ win prognostications on O/U threads before the start of the season would have easily been sub-10%, probably closer to 5%.
ETA: And the preseason O/U on the books was 6.5

People downvoting my post but LSU beat 3 teams this year that finished with winning records and 2 finished the year 7-6.

Has anyone said Kelly hasn't done a good job? The question is can he make the jump to elite.

How fricking stupid are you? LSU is the only team in the country to play 4 Top 10 teams and all on the road (the FSU game was essentially a road game with our pathetic fan turnout in Orlando). What other team had a schedule like that? Early leader for dumbest post of the year.
