Most of my great hits are found in the garage/shed, because the companies put the “junk” out there for the garage sale portion of the sale, and mark it cheap. They are also found in the toy room and “man cave”. These companies are mostly run by older ladies that worry about the artwork, jewelry, furniture, and high end “collectibles, causing them to just quickly price stuff they don’t know or worry about.
I once found the small rubber ball given out at Maravich’s last home game at LSU. It was signed by him and his father. I found it in a laundry basket full of toys. It was marked $1, in the handwriting of the ladies pricing the sale.
