Indeed they do. I wonder what happens when Georgia takes Biden off the ballot based on trumped up charges related to his corruption? A potential swing state, controlled by Republicans, taking the sitting President of the United States off the ballot would be a massive consequence indeed.

I get the hypocrisy of " saving democracy" by excluding Trump and the slippery slope of not fighting.... But Trump isn't winning Cali or Colorado ... The only real effect would be a skew of the popular vote because the sane people in those states couldn't vote for him. Trump would need to win what he did in 2020 plus Ga and Pa or TX

Trump would of course never win California so the outcome isn't directly altered but the very idea of partisans removing the option to even vote for a candidate because they don't like him is absolutely radical and not representative of what the United States is supposed to stand for.

They're also removing him from the Primary ballot. Regardless of his slim to non-existent chances in the general, you still have a group of Partisan bad faith Democrats who are moving to remove the choice of who Republicans vote to represent them in the general. It's anti Democratic trash.
