That's a good price. I am getting a 500 gallon above ground tank installed now and it's ~$5,200 with the propane included. Underground tank would be ~$10,300 due to excavation, increased tank cost, anode bag, and labor. I am only using it for my pool/spa heater and outdoor grill.
