Les Miles running program into the ground...

...I see now that he has sat on his butt for so long b/c he wants to get bowl bonuses to his coaches that we have now lost Koenning to Kansas State. Good God almighty...lost out to Kansas State because our coach refuses to fire anyone or hold anyone accountable. Complete embarrassment by Miles. All for bowl bonuses to asst. coaches?? This is a disaster. Yahtzee

I do, however, find it disgusting that our staff is getting bonuses for this season.

Don't you think its possible that Les has a DC already agreed to take the job? If we dont publically get a DC before New Year's, then we will receive more in home visits to recruits. I think Les has it under control. He did win a NC afterall...

OMG! A defensive coordinator was hired at his alma mater where he is probably promised a "coach in waiting" position. OMG!

Seriously?? Yes, it wasn't our dream season... but it wasn't a total sham.
That's the way it is in college football. You go to a bowl, you get a bowl bonus. The bigger the bowl the bigger the bonus.

Was Koenning confirmed as the DC for K-State?
I heard on here that they had already hired somebody else. There was a link to the story and everything. Please advise.

Just because that's the way it is doesn't make it right. Most companies give performance bonuses to managers for improving your department.
