I graduated from Ruston and watched all of his games. He's absolutely an SEC caliber athlete, but he's got a long way to go to become a college level QB. His arm motion is all wrong, his release is low, and he's not very accurate at all. His throwing motion reminds me a lot of TJ Finley. Imagine a more slender version of him with more speed.

I could see him transitioning into a spectacular WR. NFL 1st round level potential.

I don’t think WR is in his future. He is a QB and he has grown by leaps and bounds over this year alone. He went from a 0 star to a 3 star recruit in 48 minutes (seriously). He is a humble kid and he needs some polishing but what high school kid doesn’t?
