Burns likes to hit..just can’t cover. He would have good speed for OLB. Reminds me of what we should have done with Stevens a few years ago

he had a good sophomore season and was the starter before injury. he immediately improves the safety room as a bonafide sec caliber starter and has 2 years of eligibility

Dude no.

Stevens is a great athlete. Burns is stiff, easily blocked, is a terrible tackler, takes bad angles, and can't locate a football in the air. He's atrocious.

Good kid and I think smart, but he's just not good. If he's still starting for us next year, something went very, very wrong.

I understand some of this, but we should really wait until we throw the sink at some of these kids. Bryce Anderson would be the one to do that with.
