Who?

And I'm not being sarcastic. When I clicked on the thread I literally thought it was someone who might be available to us transferring from another program

When you can’t get a snap on that DL then yeah you better go play Division III.

Did he crack the line-up in this year's pitiful defensive line? I don't remember him making any plays but I know there were subs going on.

If you are a hard core fan, you know who this guy is. What is shocking, is that he waited this long to transfer.

Yeah I was thinking something similar.

Though there have been career backup types like that over the years, but the guys I'm thinking of either weren't that far down the depth chart and/ or played in an ear where transferring (with immediate eligibility) was a bit harder to do.

This, like L. Welch, is a rare instance of a win-win, and where the portal is good. If Langston and Welch couldn't see any PT during this season where those were obvioulsy thin positions, let them transfer out to see if they can get PT elsewhere, and let us use the portal to transfer some folks in who might contribute. As others say, best of luck to him.

He’s not 6’3”. He’s more like 6’1”.

I agree.

But this voice in the back of my head keeps whispering "can this defensive staff be truly trusted on every player evaluation"
