Looking to go to Rome next Thanksgiving, any recommendations on areas to stay with kids 6-12?

We stayed in an AirBnB in Trastavere. Very safe, took cabs to the major sights in the city, and great neighborhood restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed at the h10 Palazzo Gala with kids this summer. Great central location and not super expensive.

We stayed near Termini area and it was close to colosseum and a lot of cathedrals. Also good transit too. Had a Gelato place across the street too near one of the spots.

I’ve stayed in Vatican area and pantheon area. I definitely preferred pantheon area. The trastavere will be a great spot too.

I pick the Piazza Navona or Campo de Fiore neighborhoods.
