I don't go around claiming to be Scots-American, but I bet I know a shite ton more about Scotland than she knows about Congo, Ghana, or Rwanda. I am trying to find out where this chick is from. I might be wrong, but I am going to say she probably grew up in a pretty good home and have heard about what black people experience "everyday" because there is a lot if bullshite.
Bottom line, its all about how well you know someone. To say "don't do this to a black person or never do that". There are things I wouldn't do to anyone unless we had a relationship where we know what we can joke about, etc, etc.
And if I recorded every interaction with a black person and the police, it would not at all fit her agenda.
Of course I live in a smaller town where everyone knows each other and I seen a black girl I want to HS with get stopped by a dude who was younger than us, but went to HS with us as well. When she saw it was him she told him he was going to make her late for work and didn't have time for him.. And took off. She worked in the DAs office so she would have gotten the ticket fixed anyway.
I've seen a black person get pulled over, the cop realizes he knows him and they shoot the shite on side the road for a good 5-10 mins.
