BK, LSU should 100% consult Bartoo on next defensive staff

As I pointed out earlier this week, Dave Bartoo and his coaching analytics 100% nailed the porous defensive staff LSU put together.
Bartoo went on with Tigerbait yesterday going into further detail. Tigerbait Interview
Key takeaways:
*Bottom 5 coaching staff in the P5
*Not one above average rated defensive coach
*Bartoo currently consults 5 other SEC programs in coaching hires
And my biggest takeaway is the one star LSU had, Jamar Cain, BK and House, allegedly, ran him off because they didn’t like the technique he taught the defensive line.
Bartoo cites Cain as a 5 star DL coach and Jimmy Lindsey a 2 star, albeit very unfair to grade him this year.
And when you think about the productivity Roy, Wingo, Ojulari had a year ago, I think it’s evident how much better Cain was then what’s in place now.

He has the grade for his past work. Lindsey was a sub par hire as was the entire defensive staff.

When Cain left the defense has spiraled downhill from top to bottom

It's surprising that Kelly has made such atrocious hires on the defensive staff.
Jamar Cain was the only good hire - and then he replaced him with another below average hire with Lindsey.

A complete overhaul is needed if we want to be a title contender again. If healthy, I believe Lindsey will get a chance to coach. The rest of the defensive staff has failed miserably.

People keep posting this. Like I asked in a previous thread what did he have them rated in 2022 because it’s essentially the same staff from last year minus the DL coach and they had a top 40 defense in 2022 that was led by transfers and an elite true freshman.
It’s really hard for me to believe Cain is considered an elite DL coach, Venables would have kept him if that were the case. I think even Pete Jenkins mentioned he had issues teaching techniques.

And BK is rumored to still keep House. This may be a total shite show on defense for years

How this OP can be downvoted surprises me - even on this board.
These guys can’t coach fundamentals to mid-level talent - much less the few guys we have that are better.
