Hard to do all of the above in a day with munich as a home base. OP, I would recommend choosing Neuschwantein (do this first/early AM) and Oberammergau as a very full day OR doing a day trip to Garmisch/Grainau/Mittenwald. Doing garmisch + fussen in one day would be very tiring and you run the risk if crowds at neuschwanstein ruining your day.

Even then, visiting the garmisch area would just be a tease and would get you thinking about a trip just to that area (and the portions of austria to the south of Zugspitze).
