I think both Wendy’s and Chick fil a have suffered greatly from drop in quality over the years. I quit wanting chick fil a because it was always dry. When I was younger it was the juiciest and most flavorful chicken you could buy. I’m glad they are polite and fast with the order but I just don’t want to pay that much for dry small chicken
