The players, coaches, and media have always said that about him, are they all lying? How are we supposed to know?

We aren’t the general managers or coach, we can only hope the players we have succeed. If you have a way to make changes than go do it. Obviously you still watch them or you wouldn’t have made the post, so NOT watching them isn’t your solution
