I’ve pretty much accepted for years now that the US is the driving force of filth in the world. What I didn’t realize was just how much the youth embraced that filth. Especially the females. And they love it so.

We are called as Christians to protect the innocent. Unborn babies are the most pure and innocent forms of life. Running from that fight because it’s politically inconvenient is cowardly.
What the voters and women know is that once you protect the unborn, you do nothing for the woman who now has to raise that child every day for 18 or so years. Don't you feel better knowing that you saved a baby and forced that mother to give her life?

We need to do better at this and penalize fathers who leave their children

Why are the Democrats still crying about Roe v Wade? Republicans got what they wanted: Let the States decide, the Dems seem to be getting what they want at the State levels so far: Killing Babies. And how in the Hell is Biden and Company spiking the Ball like THEY accomplished anything? The country is still spiraling downward because of these douchebags.

Haven't read the thread so might be mentioned. The idea of overturning Roe was not to stop or reduce the number of abortions. I said from day one that the number will remain the same.
The whole point was to save the Constitution from the 'The Constitution says whatever the hell I say it says' judges.
'Living/Breathing' interpretations are designed to make the words meaningless and free govt power to do anything.
The only negative impact on abortions is that the women are gonna have to drive to another state and burn some gas.

Can someone explain this position to me? If the government gives them welfare, it is okay to restrict abortion? Or not?

It is abundantly clear in the scripture that a fetus is treated differently than a living person.
The only thing that is abundantly clear is you have no relationship with GOD or a Bible teaching Church.

This^^^ would be a fairly accurate historical comparison to what the US has morphed into.
Just remember how and why the Jews were taken to Babylon in the first place. It's a sobering thoght.

Non Christians can see the abhorrent act of denying life & freedoms to the unborn as well.
It’s not always about “religion”, but the Right seem unwilling or incapable of stating their case.
It’s pathetic.

When you have sex, pregnancy should always be the expected outcome, even if/when contraception is used.
Downvote away, but that’s fact.
Bottom line: People don’t want to be accountable for their actions.
Guys—unless they want to be fathers—need to keep their pants zipped; and women who aren’t ready to be mothers need to abstain, because pregnancy is the natural result of their behaviors.
This isn’t an issue of rape. It’s one of people wanting to frick, then killing the baby when it gets in the way of their plans.

And to be clear, Guttmacher is a radical pro-abortion entity, so those figures are not spun in any way (and to the extent skewed, likely in the direction of pro-choice arguments)

Not saying to do that at all. You can protest, you can speak out against it, you can do whatever you want to not condone it but making laws that only half or less of an immoral population believe in leads to bad people being in control. You can't win every fight here against pure evil.

I said the battle is not against the laws of man, the battle for Christians is changing the hearts and minds of those who are lost and wandering. If we focus on that rather than trying to legislate morality we will have less pushback from the cultural Marxists and more Americans receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

Well here's the good news for you, a very unique thing about Trump as a Republican that I think works for him nationally - he’s not an anti-abortion fanatic, his approach is more reflective of the national attitude.

Maybe, cwill. But it could be also that he knows it's a State's issue.
Republicans' could have done better angling the message but this was also an off year election and not many people were engaged by anything.
In the South, it will be limited if legal at all so no real worried for me.

Saving a woman’s life in those exceptional cases is not murder to rational folks. Cameron hung onto the “no exceptions”position, and it cost him.
Politicians and folks on the right could concede rape, life of the mother and other instances that are somewhat rare and the cultural Marxists would not care, they want the right for unrestricted abortion. There are quite a few so called conservatives and Christians who believe a woman should have the right to terminate a pregnancy at any time. It's a losing issue for conservative politicians, the solution is the example Christians and other decent people can set by speaking against abortion and offering alternatives for these young women who are facing this life changing decision.
