Play went the other way from Perkins and if it came to him he was in position to make a tackle. I don't understand your Perkins reference.

That’ll happen to you when you still dont know how to leverage and use your hands. Quite sad nobody is teaching them smh. Hard for Jenkins to teach them months of technique in a couple weeks. Losing Cain to NFL and Lindsey before camp sucked big time.

Blitzing is where he's most effective. His speed and athleticism is what gets him around bigger lineman.
It's when he's stagnant in a LB position that gets him run over because of his size.

What's clear is perkins isn't someone that can withstand being run at. He is great in pursuit but when he has to stand his ground in space he gets pushed around. That's why he can never be an everydown jack. He needs about 15-20 lbs of muscle.

Did you link the wrong video? Only thing that really shows is Smith's complete lack of balance. If he keeps his feet when "thrown" then that play is blown up.
