The thread topic should have said "Israel" and not "Jews". Most white liberals aren't anti-semites, but they're certainly not Zionists.
I would also say most conservatives are not anti-Semites either, but many more, if not most, are Zionists.
That's where the conflict and disagreement exists, not about Jews as a people or race, but about Israel, a Jewish State, occupying the Holy land of 3 major world religions.
What's fascinating is why liberals care so much. They treat the Palestinians quite similarly to the George Floyds and Michael Browns that they've idolized in the past. They completely ignore their history of violence and poor character. All that matters to the left is that they believe these people are victims and were treated unjustly is some way. They are vibrantly passionate and eager to bring "Justice" for these martyrs. Its an ideology that quickly falls apart if it were applied to every instance of wrong doing in the complicated history of the “oppressors” and the “oppressed.
The left so badly wants to define everyone as either good or evil. There is no in-between with them. Its binary in their mind. They say you can be one of 79 genders, but you cannot stand between an Angel and the devil. You are either one or the other in their perception. No conflict is a greater example of the fallacies of that thought process, than the Israel-Palestine issue.
The mind of the modern liberal has brought an end to the Age of Enlightenment.

Anyone noticed how FBI Director wray is talking about the threat of potential homegrown terrorism and hate groups, but he fails to mention one tiny detail. They’re Muslim or those who sympathize with Hamas.

These government & msm types will freely associate maga or the proud boys as being American terrorist groups, despite the fact that not one attack or threat has come from either? Yet they all brand them as the number one threat to America.

Because the American left like the right is not monolithic. It’s been pointed out several times that if you poll black people and Hispanic people on most cultural issues they give conservative answers and yet the vote overwhelmingly democrat. Does that make them liberals or leftists or groups of people who believe their group interests are best advanced through the Democratic Party? Ie black and Latino nationalists.
Then you have leftists who hate Israel specifically because they see it as a colonizing force, and leftists who are antisemites because Stalin and the USSR are antisemites.
You get similar break downs on the right between evangelicals (who overwhelmingly make up the Republican Party base and overwhelmingly support Israel) and white nationalists (who don’t have any say within the party itself but do have a lot of the extremely inline youth) who hate Jewish people because they see them as the architects of multiculturalism.
Then you have leftists who hate Israel specifically because they see it as a colonizing force, and leftists who are antisemites because Stalin and the USSR are antisemites.

Sometimes those intersections bubble to the top of the news, but they are always there. They just choose to ignore them to achieve their goals.

Basically it’s the same as that gay town in the Midwest that kept importing Muslims and voting for them because they saw a common enemy in like white Christian control and then the Muslims got elected and responded with laws opposing being publicly gay. Just because both groups think they share an enemy doesn’t mean they actually agree with each other about anything
