Impressed by the athleticism and better shooting by this team, newcomers are solid and Williams at point is better than advertised. Gonna be a decent yr I believe or better than critics say

I hope the NCAA decides that they like LSU for a day and gives Cook a waiver. Adding him in this lineup will be exciting to watch.

Agreed. But I have zero trust in the NCAA and this late, I think it’s a no-go. Hope I’m wrong.

Admittedly, I haven’t kept up this off-season but I haven’t seen:

Hannibal
Fountain
Dean

Injuries? We might not be great but we look deep. Can get minutes from quite a few guys this year.

Decent upgrade from last year but not good enough you need studs to get people back invested in the program

I know this is LC, but it seems like we may have better jump shooting and depth than last year

You haters have such a loser mentality. The men's basketball program will overcome you and your hate too.

The only negative from the first half was FT shooting. 4-11. Ooof! That’s easy to improve though

You're responding to a troll poster, he's meaningless.

Where are we on FT shooting this game? Trying to keep count, but I'm in and out watching.

Rebounding is a major red flag right now. Baker and reed are struggling on the glass.

I think Fountain can help this since he’s a great rebounder and he’s out, but it’s still concerning. Need to watch more tape to see how well Collins, Dean, and Chest rebound.

Team is scrappy and pretty athletic. Wright will win some games for them. Tough player. Hopefully can get to .500 in league play. Have to clean up turnovers.

They’re making some shots which is a positive.

8-9 in second half.

FT shooting in a game, even an exhibition game, is a totally different experience than by yourself in practice. It takes a little time to adjust
