If LSU had 7 wins they would be ahead. If LSU does what it needs to do, it will all shake out.

This game in Tuscaloosa would be so huge if LSU would have found a way to stop Ole Miss offense at least once in the scond half.
Now a win would be awesome but still a ton has to happen for LSU to get in the playoffs which takes away some of the "Big game" feel for me.

I don’t think all that much needs to happen, tbh. We’re probably in if we win out and beat Georgia in the SEC Championship, which we’d always have to do anyway.

No, LSU needs an epic level of bullshite to occur to make the playoff. Like multiple top 10 teams with two losses. The committee isn't going to put a 2 loss team in the playoff. If the Tigers beat UGa, the SEC will be left out unless they let Georgia in over someone with the one loss.
