They play Vandy this week, but A&M next week.

I never pull for A&M. In fact I think they might be my second least favorite team behind Bama, but I'll be pulling for TAMU when they play Ole Miss. Ole miss has been unbearable on the SEC Rant.

They think they are "living rent free in our heads" (That phrase is getting old), but every other thread on the SEC page is about LSU.

It sucks because I would be happy for the season Ole Miss is having, minus the LSU game, if not for the fact that they are unbearable. Sort of like how I felt about Colorado. It was fine for a minute, but they, Colorado, over-played their hand, and so has Ole Miss.

I hope Ole Miss loses rather than A&M winning.

Nah F A&M. I hope Ole miss wins.

OM will lose to UGA the next week regardless.

You do realize we need Ole Miss to lose at least one more conference game, right?

Ideally,

OM loses to Vandy this week and then beats both a&m (because frick a&m) and Georgia (so if we beat UGA in the SECCG we would be the only SEC team with a shot of getting in the playoff)

We just gotta have OM lose one of them. It's best for us if that's this week but any of the 3 would work.

It is essential that we all become Aggie fans next weekend. That was hard to type.

Ole Miss will beat Texas A&M and lose to Georgia. What a strange thread

I mean you starting a thread about them is only gonna push that narrative more.

It would be better if Georgia beats Ole Piss. If we make it to the SECCG and want to get to the playoffs, it would be better to face a #1 Georgia team than a 1-loss not-#1 Georgia team. We have to win that game either way, but beating the top team sure wouldn't hurt our chances.

Also, if you assume that we're going to beat the gumps in their own trailer park/gas station lot, I'd still feel better if Ole Miss has an additional SEC loss on their books.

We’ve got our hardest game to play left next Saturday. Too early to start rooting for this or that. OM might even pull the upset on GA. They’ve looked vulnerable this year.

Wrong. What we don't want is the committee having to pick between a 1 loss Georgia team or a 2 loss SEC champ.

I get wanting to knock off the #1 team but it could hurt us if they only have 1 loss after losing to us. Could potentially keep both SEC teams out of the playoff.

Go Aggy.

Also, we don't need Jimbo to lose again so he's retained another year.
