Does anyone have experience with SARMs supplements?

Stands for selective androgen receptor modulator and are supposed to have anabolic effects without significant adverse reactions.

Heard about them recently and curious as the boards opinions.

i mean think of them as weak(in some cases) steroids. there are a bunch of them that do different things.

most of the anabolic ones though will shut your natural testosterone production down

my opinion has always been....i dont feel its worth the long term side effects of using anything like this unless you make money from your body. most people can achieve the body and strength they want by simply being consistent and following a simple progressive overload program and proper diet.

but at the same time if you are going to use something, i would rather see you use a bioidentical hormone like testosterone starting at around 300mg/week. if you want to add something, add mk677 at 20mg/day assuming you are bulking.

if you are cutting, that is different and you really shouldnt need anything. just diet and consistency.

Yeah I think if you have weighed the pros and cons of anabolics and choose to pursue them, you would be better off using testosterone than SARMs. The risks and benefits are well known and predictable with T, not the case with SARMS

My 18 year old nephew says it's all the rage for kids his age on Tik Tok so I would imagine it's pretty good.
