You can do a holographic will in Louisiana. I think it has to be witnessed by 2 people and in your own handwriting.

Wrong. It must be entirely hand written , dated, and signed in your own handwriting.

No need for witnesses or notary.

The term is "olographic" not holographic... and an olographic will must be entirely in your own handwriting (not typed) and signed and dated by you. No witnesses.



Or go see an attorney to draft one for you, that must be signed at the bottom of each and every page by you and before the attorney/notary AND 2 witnesses who are not family and/or heirs.
