You nailed it in your own way.

I blame the coaches' terrible playing calling and game plan that led to Carr looking like a mediocre QB. So Carr is spreading the pain down the line. Now it's a matter of who will step up to right the ship. I'm hoping it will be the ownership by firing the entire coaching staff. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.

Coaching's fault is a bad offensive design
Carr's fault for not being a better leader. Show frustration but do it on the sideline, we've seen Brees Brady and manning do it. But you gotta go on the sidelines to talk to your dudes.
Olave's fault for lolligagging on routes. Your route opens up the underneath, there's a purpose to every design, just like how some routes began opening up things for taysom as the game went on. You can't loft on routes because that's how turnovers occur
