1. Humans don't need anywhere near the amount of protein that the meat & dairy industry have propagandized that we do.

2. There is protein in almost everything you eat (that is real food). There is more protein in a pound of broccoli than there is a pound of steak (although a pound of broccoli is a LOT of broccoli).

The idea that protein only exists in meat & dairy is another propaganda piece.

Broccoli = 12.9 grams protein

Steak = 112 grams protein

A pound of broccoli has like 10g of protein, a pound strip steak has 92g....so that was a swing and miss. So, I suppose you could eat nine pounds of broccoli.
