Agreed. So again, I hate they are staying with the basic classes.

Wonder if Warren Eastern goes into the Catlick League.

maybe not in january but been hearing lots of rumblings from 5a public school coaches who now want it to end and add 1 or 2 classes.

the reason is that its such a huge gap from top to the bottom of some of these classes

5A- 1580 diff- 153% difference, so dutchtown is 1.5 times as big as neville which is the smallest 5a

4A- 422 diff- 68% difference

3A- 214 diff- 52% difference

2A- 160 diff- 70% difference

1A- 165 diff- 72% difference

B- 117 diff- 51% difference

C- 83 diff- 319% difference



to me the big issue is percentage difference especially in 5a. Could easily end the split, create a 6A and even a 7A and have 16 team playoff, have it much more even and much more competitive.
