I like it too and no we have not. I did see a post regarding another player who had a very similar circumstance to Cook. Transferred away then back to the same school and was granted a waiver. The only difference is that that kid transferred to a JUCO and then back.
I will cling to any ray of hope.

Atlanta lost today and now watch Tampa Bay lose.
Ill bet we all have middling records and it comes down to week 17.
