The 2017 open and transparent search for the chief of police yielded great benefits in selecting a leader
The commitment to these types of narratives is impressive. If I say the lie enough times it becomes true.
This is what the 2017 search did for the City/Parish:
1. The brave cave
2. White cops summarily and inappropriately dismissed, some of whom later settled for money like Siya Creel
3. Skyrocket in legal fees to defend the PD for both damages to citizens and damages for HR decisions
4. The southern half of the parish wanting to form its own city
5. Gave The Sadvocate more material than he could have dreamed possible.
Eat your heart our Richard Lipsey, John Engquist, Steve Waguespack, BRAC, LABI. This shits on you.

None of those people made the committee.
I guess they are too busy now, but will get active when it’s time to sell us out next election.

Let’s not forget about Wade Hill, Donald Steele, Jason Acree, the entire narcotics division, Richmond Barrow, the Paul vs. John Dauthier battle, Yuseff Hamadah, Stefan Jones, rehiring the guy fired for sexual harassment, and countless other incidents.
