This is a very good article for anyone who wants to read it. It is a long one, but worth the time.

It does not accurately describe either the foundation of Israel or the tragedy of the Palestinians.

The Navy should send patrol boats close enough to tempt, then turn their 50's on.

Answer my question.
Simple question:
Where do you place the blame for those deaths?

I listened to the recorded call of the shitbird on October 7th that called his parents and told them he had killed 10 Jews.
His parents couldn't have been prouder. No, they're not innocent, and yes, I want them to die.
frick you if you won't see that.
ETA: and I don't want Gazans to be slaughtered just for being Gazan. I want them to be put down like dogs for aiding Hamas.

they aren’t slaughtered just for being Gazans, though. they are going to be targeted for being in a war zone during a war that their own leadership started.
again, war is hell. Hamas started the war. not sure what else can be expected

What if they don’t know they’re military targets?
This is a humanitarian crisis of Hamas’ doing… but we can’t just ignore the IDFs role in it.

Whats the solution? Following the 10-7 attack.

We also cannot ignore that Hamas has a choice. They have the option to not incorporate civilians into their terroristic and "military" operations. They have had that choice for decades. They have continued to repeatedly choose against doing anything at all to protect their civilians. Instead, they view them as a tool....expendable. They view their deaths as nothing more than PR, and even then they have to exaggerate, and often outright fabricate, the impacts.
Yet, we have people who will constantly bang the drum of Israeli war crimes and "genocide", all the while ignoring that Hamas commits war crimes as a way of policy. Their war crimes lead directly to civilians dying. Again, that is a choice. People want to tie the hands of the IDF because Hamas chooses to operate this way, just expecting them to shrug it off and ignore the obvious threat. Israel doesn't have a choice at this point. Hamas......does.

During the allied invasion of Normandy I think there were close to 20k French civilian deaths
It is a terrible part of war but one that is still necessary

I don’t hate them because they are gazans. I hate them because they are subhuman terrorist and terrorist sympathizers.

They should be evacuating south like they have been told to do for weeks.

Hamas values civilian casualties due to the propaganda it creates..
imo those that blindly parrot their propaganda are complicit...

As part of an attempted peace plan Israel withdraws itself and forcibly removes its citizens from gaza in 2005. Residents give hamas the credit for the victory of running the Jews off.
Fatah tried more to make peace and work with Israel while hamas pushes for destruction of Israel.
Majority in gaza voted for hamas in 2006 (Plurality of vote & majority of legislators in all of the PA).

Little resistance if any against hamas inside gaza since they completely took over the strip in 2007, split from PA, and continued attacking Israel and then using them as shields.
Celebrations after Oct 7th attacks with many putting on their sandals and riding their girl bicycles through openings in fence to get some killing and raping in themselves.
Warned 3 weeks in advance and again multiple times over those 3 weeks to move south.

Lots of independent reporting from people in Gaza confirming what we is expected with this campaign, lots of civilian deaths.
And how many of those "civilian" deaths are actually Hamas fighters. Those "civilians" were given three weeks to get out. They know better than we what Hamas is, yet they stayed.
