How does it feel that your tradition fund is going to increase dramatically in 2009 and 2010 because you have to pay Miles Salary?? I don't know about you but a defense coordinator is not going to solve this issue. Miles post game comments after the Arky game told me that he is not the coach/CEO/Manager he needs to be. He was freaking talking about the bowl quality opponent. He has never put the blame on his staff nor himself. I would have apologized to all Tiger fans and talked about how dissappointed I am and that this was not acceptable. Instead he talks about fighting like hell for a shitty bowl game. Give me a break. This man is in over his head. A DC is a bandaid on this situation. 7-5 coming off a National Championship with 15 returning starters is not acceptable. Its not the record its the way they lost. No discipline and he never corrected mistakes as the season went on. Thats what bothers me. No team will ever be the hunt every single year but to play like we played this year falls all own the guy we pay 3+mill a year to steer the ship. Thanks alot Wayne Huizenga!!!

Well, I'm hoping to be able to move my tickets from the upper SEZ to at least the lower part of the upper bowl ... maybe some will be dropping tickets due to this season, others due to cost.

Bottom line .. I want to see my Tigers play so I'll pay.

You're kidding yourself if you think Saban would still be here. I have enjoyed NOT hearing rumors every year that our coach was leaving.

Well you should be happy for a while, because no one will be calling Miles for another job anytime soon.

I to am dissappointed by the play and coaching of this years team. You need to do better research before posting. Miles has said several times that the coaches need to do a better job. The guy has been here 4 yrs. and taken us to a bowl game every year including the NC and you want to fire him. This is the reason we can hardly get a good coach to come here much less stay. One bad year or game at that and everyones down on the coach and calling for his job. Hell theres teams out there that would love to be in our shoes. Give the guy a chance to fix things. Did firing coaches in the middle of the yr. help Auburn? Nope sure did'nt. Its obviouse that about 75% of the fan base today was not fans during Mike Archer, Curley Hallman, or Dinardo days, only became fans because we started winning. Please go away and bash someone else's coach.

I do not like paying the additional fees. However, I just add that cost to my business and pass it on to the customer. Then, I take a clinet to each game and write it off. If not, I sell them to other team and make money on ebay.

I'll go back to Arnsparger . I am 38 and have had my season tix since Herb Tyler was a sophomore . Kept them through Dinardo days , have no intention of getting rid of them now(unless they jack with the prices again}.

If we would have been competitive in those five losses there would be reason for hope . We lost to two teams with far inferior talent and got blown out by two with superior talent . Alabama we played our best game . We surrendered 31 points to Troy St. in one half of football(lucky bounces were necessary for this victory) . We played A highly overrated Auburn team to the bitter end and eeked out a victory .

I hope in the end all of you Miles apologists are correct . I just don't think this guy has what it takes to win consistently . He is a great guy that stuck with us (hand may have been forced by KH) over his alma mater. His coaching ability is very suspect .

I think I need a Timeout now . Anybody have an extra ????

Ding ding - winner! Tradition fund, ticket prices, motorhome pass - whatever. LSU football is part of my fall ritual. No different than the passion some people have for fishing or hunting. I'll be there even with a subpar product on the field. I won't like it, but I'll still be there.

Forgot to add, since my freshman year was '82, I've seen the lean times. I don't care for what went on this year but I'll reserve judgement until we see what changes Les makes. If his changes don't pay dividends, I don't think Alleva will be as forgiving as some former ADs were.

Arkansas...yes, but Ole Miss does not have far "inferior" talent.

It's just what my family does .. we don't go to Disney every year .. we don't go skiing .. we go to LSU Football games! We have 4 tickets .. me, husband, 2 boys -- need to add 1 for our daughter. THIS may be the year to be able to get it done.

Not at all ... we're just making lemonade outta lemons! Hey ... some people just like to see the positives in this negative time in Tiger football.
