It’s time to play Welch.

I think Sage needs to be moved. Into a Greg Brooks type role.

Harris has to get better.

And we need to find a stud safety.

Harris played well, Alexander got lost but putting these guys up against a receiver that’s 6.5 to 6.7 that can actually play ! You have to expect them to get used sometimes! Zone doesn’t help either

Yeah last guy was Delpit from 2019. That's been quite a while.

Sage Ryan was recruited as a 5 star safety and has been asked to play every DB position besides safety

When Kelly and House crazily moved Sage to boundary corner 2 weeks before FSU, Kelly detailed traits in Ryan’s game you want from a safety.

-Physical
-One of the fastest players on the team (can run sideline to sideline
-One of the best open field open field tacklers on the team
-Can really do a nice job in man coverage (safeties get matched up on slot WRs — Malik is feasting on this now).

These were the traits Kelly said about Sage. Doesn’t that sound like someone you want at safety?

Anyway, Dashawn McBryde is a 6’3 200 pound 4.5 running physical freak safety coming in next year that will one day win the Thorpe award. So that’ll help.
