Of the items you listed none of those are major issues except traffic.

The other part of your post is a much bigger conversation than football.

how quiet the band is, could barely hear them in the southeast corner.

Has it always been this way? I know they moved the band a while back (no clue when, probably forever ago) - but was the band louder throughout the stadium in their previous location?

Yes the old location of the band was much louder! Have sat on the west side lower bowl for the last 40 years same seats! It is a disgrace what has been done to the band!

Every season I complain about the concessions in the NE end zone and here I am again. They were all out of food at 640 last night - 40 minutes after kickoff and not even a hotdog. Pathetic

Its overbuilt. Never needed 110,000 seats but on rare occasions

This. If the East upper or the South upper had not been built, the stadium would be full every SEC game. That said, this is 20/20 hindsight vision. No one was complaining when the east upper was built, and while a few complained when the south was built, they were in the minority.

In the spirit of even more hindsight, the east upper would've been more useful if it were reversed. Seating where the current east side suites are and suites/club level above.

One thing that bothered me last night, IIRC it was the kickoff after they tied it at 31 and the student section started chanting “LSU” and the piped in music started immediately and killed the chant..

It was loud last night. It was a fun game and we were having a good time in our section. It was not an all-time atmosphere, but we did hit well over `100 decibels several times.

Those pictured seats were empty the whole game

Posted byMessagelsu for the winStadium gameday atmosphere is a problem… by lsu for the winThis x 1 billion. LSU fans love to bitch, whine and moan. We won and it was a thrilling game. I don't care who the opponent was - it's a win and a big win. LSU fake fans are so consumed with style points and winning a certain way. Grow up, guys. It's a game and we should be proud of our guys who were on the field last night and brought home the W. Why miserable, overweight, high school educated Louisiana sports "fans" on this board feel it's their god given right to overly criticize everything sports related is beyond me.

I read this in a fat guy voice. Am I right?

You morons still don’t understand the difference in acoustics in a 102k stadium compared to a 60k stadium

Anyone smell skunk weed non stop at tiger stadium the last few years ? Always seem to find fans that live north of campus in the vicinity when it is in the air .

It was so much more fun when we only held 67,500. But we always lost three games :(

Nobody wants to be in Baton Rouge late at night. It’s a reflection of the city, not LSU

How does anyone get pumped to a song with absolutely no beat - “I’m from Luhweeziana”
Just terrible.
