The stretch from the interstate to the ghetto gas station at the corner of west chimes looks like a 3rd world country

I see the road is finally being fixed but are there any plans to fix that area up? What an absolute eye sore and embarrassment

I won't even stop at that gas station. As soon as your card goes in, a beggar steps out of the shadows with a "Bless you!"

Why don’t you buy some property and develop it.

I always take that route as well, and I don’t quite know why. The Dalrymple route is a much more pleasant way to access campus.

USC is one of the most expensive private schools in the country and it's in the middle of Blood and crip territory.

True, just take a look at Oxford, Starkville, Athens. Baton Rouge cannot compare. Pathetic.

Hmmmmm
Let’s break it down
College town: highland/ave 250 plus a sq foot
They are now build condos by Reggie’s 200 a sq ft…

The dales by campus/lakes 250 a sq ft
The streets usually end with dale..

The cedar area by small lake off campus… 250 a sq ft

The garden district 200 a sq foot if lucky

The crescent condos by campus 300 a sq foot

The condos around chimes 120 a square foot others 200 a sq foot..

The hippie house.. being bought up and redone and increasing rent

The hood by the wiener dog.. will have to buy the entire thing to be gentrified.. some happening toward river
