The case where a punch was thrown and the pro life guy was arrested - that was targeting.

I’m a little less concerned about this case. There’s a law that you can’t block access, like it or not. They blocked access. They weren’t just protesting.

They made it easy for the DOJ.

How many prosecutions/convictions were made under the FACE act leading up to the Biden admin? You think pro-life activists didn't do the same things before 2021?

So selective persecution based on being butthurt that roe was overturned is ok with you and fair game for the other side to use. Got it.

When you agree that incarcerating non-violent +70 years olds is kosher you are on the wrong side of things.
