$2,000 minimum most likely anywhere you get . Which is pretty much the going rate. Hell the Hampton inns are $700 per night on game weekends .
I charge $2200 for mine . It’s 3 bedrooms. I could go higher but I don’t like to be too greedy and keep it reasonable .

$500 per at the Holiday Inn this weekend for a non-conference game. But, at least I got a room before everything sold out.
