This was completely and totally orchestrated.
The gun charge was the only charge that didnt bring daddy Joe into the investigation.
The tax evasion charges WOULD HAVE brought Daddy Joe into the investigation. Couldn't have that now could we?

This wasn’t supposed to happen.
This is part of the plea-deal. They didn’t want then the judge tossed and they said they DID want so that he wouldn’t get nailed for stuff like this.
