Might as well run this in the preseason and call this a scrimmage.

If we have to have these money grab neutral site games, make Grambling week 1, FSU week 2. You get game 1 buzz without starting the year 0-1, and you also don’t have the excuse of, “we’re not as good as we thought we were,” in your coach’s postgame interview.

100%

Not watching or caring

Same as the Southern game last year

I’ll just check the score on my phone after it’s over

Unless they are a tuneup game before you play the #9 team in the country, yes.

It's an early fall Saturday. I get to fire up the grill or smoker and my Tigers are playing.

It happens 12 times per year. Maybe a time or two more if I'm lucky.

How can I not be excited?

Talk to the negligent individual that the LSUAD continues to employ if you have complaints about the schedule.

Out of Conference "Sisters of the Poor-Waste of Time" games like these are the responsibility of Verge Morial.

He's like Nikki Fargas. (Incompetent and employed at LSU for far too long)

LSU has to open the season with these annoying Neutral Site games against Powerhouses and can't even get a Week 0 warm up in to work out the kinks.

Of course, I'm a little biased and like the SWAC/HBCU games strictly for the Bands/Halftime, but put these games in Week 0.

Play the Florida State/USC games in Week 2 and make them Home and Home.

The rest of the SOTP-WOT games should be Tulane and USL in-state and one of the local "Great Band" schools like Jacksonvcille State, Troy State or Southern Miss. (Not Georgia State or any other far away out of state "Poor Sister")

You're getting these "Georgia State" games because it's LSU Football Occams's Razor. (The simplest explanation is usually the correct one......Morial doesn't know what he's doing)
