Weather station shows 1.6” rain, top wind 30 mph.
Looked a lot worse than what we received.

Any posters on Wine Island and Timbalier Island should take cover immediately. As part of the TD Weather Team, I have issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for these areas.

Pretty much broke up and went around parts of Thibodaux. Looks like Houma got broke off.

It was popping. I had quite a few one to four second strikes. Knocked out the electricity for two hours.

I watched my neighbors flag pole come down.

No. Grand Isle is the only inhabited barrier island in LA

That was gnarly. I just finished cutting, edging and blowing off the grass. Was watching the sky get darker and darker the whole time.

Oh no. Maybe just some uncontacted tribes, but I doubt they’re posting on TD.

I think someone in my neighborhood has some weird voodoo shite going on because the rain has danced around us for the last 2 weeks. Somehow we got no rain in the middle of Baton Rouge.
