I recently had this done. Its in the ballpark. You didnt mention brand and its warranty.
Couple additional things to think about while in there: Replace support shelf and replace PVC drain line. Those two are fairly simple while everything is out of the way. Also something that really helped was spending more time/money on sealing everything above and beyond simple duct retrofit.
