Kelly had 3 qbs playing in his last year at ND. Now why would he be so hesitant to play 2 qbs here if he was doing it most years at ND?? Maybe just maybe he knows more about qbs and is starting the best one

Because he’s a transfer and Kelly more than likely made promises.
