It all depends on your strategy. Are you a 0 RB person? If so draft Kelce, then come back in 2nd with WR. If like balance, then take Bijan at 6 or another high RB and then pair with WR.
Kelce is obviously a different make at TE but lose one of the high end WR/RB by drafting him that early. Sooner or later age will catch up to Kelce.
