re: Why is Knoxville so much cleaner/better than BR?

We’ve got some condos on Lake Hamilton outside Hot Springs and we go up about once a month. It’s really a nice community. Tourist based and retirement community. I’m kind of struggling with where we will retire in a few years. We love our place here on the lake that is our permanent home, but Hot Springs really has a lot more going for it.

It’s a good run city, the tourism for Hot Springs is fantastic and it’s not Louisiana. It’s sad to leave where I’ve always lived, but it’s the direction we are leaning.
