do you think that Russell Shepard is the same kind of athlete that Justin Jefferson is? Just a question. You’re the expert.

not trying to be an expert. Data is data. They have very similar athletic traits.

What is the difference between those two guys? Or is there a difference? Obviously, they had different coaches in their careers. But I’m curious to know if there is any other difference between the two. Is it all coaching?

One has always been a WR, in WR-friendly offenses dating back to HS.. The other switched positions and played for a coach who did not know how to use him. Not to say he would ever be as special as Justin Jefferson. But their athletic traits are similar (size, run, jumping, explosion)

Why wouldn’t he have been as special when they have similar physical traits and let’s assume they get the same coaching? Is it instinct? We know Shep has insane work ethic and is very smart. Why wouldn’t he be that special?
