re: Nautilus CC Plus pool robot

We have pentair prowler 920. I didn’t opt for the Wi-Fi option. It has a sort of brain part that is bolted to the exterior of our house. Cord does run across pool deck and we rarely find the need to remove it from the pool. Maybe with a large group of people swimming. But typically we put it in a corner of the pool if desired. I don’t really see the point of a caddy and we run it every day in a program. The only problem we have had with it is the cord broke down over 1 year of use. The rubber got sticky and it could be the extreme heat we have had, but it was starting to mark the coping. I called pentair and they were very easy to work with and sent a replacement right away. It does a great job driving straight up walls and scrubbing above water line. The only limitation is it does not get up onto the tanning ledge. It did once or twice and got stuck in the shallow of the ledge and hasn’t gone back.
