Man, I don’t know, but this summer has given me a world-class case of jock itch. I’m back working outdoors after riding a desk for two years, and this weather is kicking my arse. Got the regular issues around the crotch, but it’s starting to crawl up my arse.

I’m slathered in hydrocortisone cream and dusted liberally with Gold Bond, but I swear sometimes I’d like a miniature garden rake to stick back there and scratch for days.

Try an anti fungal powder (like the kind used for athletes foot). Yeast infection on skin caused by warmth and moisture. Powder will keep it cool and dry medicated part will help calm the infection. Troll away with yeast infection comments but small round itchy bumps “heat rash” is caused by overgrowth of yeast
