used to get aggravated by the daily summer showers. Now I’m aggravating bc it hasn’t rained since like May.

Same here. They made it quite bearable even nice but it’s very infrequent for many weeks.

Was talking to a budy about this the other day.....3:45 on the button they could be counted on - almost to the point of being annoying.

This heat is brutal

We have had just the opposite in Nashville. It’s been wet and cooler than normal with afternoon thunderstorms for the past couple of weeks.

When the rains start, and it eventually will, they won’t stop. Hate to say it, but a big weather event is usually needed to straighten out things like this, but I will take the weather the way it is instead of that bullshite.

It’s just like every other summer though

The vast majority of the country is experiencing near average summer temperatures. This area is not.

n Alabama, we are very hot and humid but we aren’t under the core of the ridge. We also have good wind dynamics in place. Because of this, we’ve had an uptick in the intensity and number of our summertime storms

Same in Georgia.
