Feels like a "Whoever makes the fewest mistakes" (turnovers/penalties/special teams) kind of game to me.

Also feels like a "Whoever has the ball last" kind of game.

Haven't been this excited about an early season game since 2019 Texas. This feels like that, too.

Yeah they going to be a problem, but I think a lot of the difference last year was new system for LSU and no tune up game. Feel a little better about us this year with 1 year into system and rebuild.

Let’s not forget how bare the roster was when Kelly got here and he fielded a damn strong team at end of year.

The giant bitch who out coached BK in their games during last 2 seasons?
LSU needs to be ready to start the season this year or the playoff talk will be over after week 1.

Seeing as BK beat FSU, @FSU 41-38 (w/Notre Dame) & lost by 1 pt in ‘22 (neutral site) bc of a missed XP. Please explain how BK was “Out coached” in either game really but especially the game his team WON ON THE ROAD??

This game reminds me of Texas, 2019.

I think LSU's offense is going to score a lot points.

Not sure how the defense will do. I think if the defense can hold them to under 35, LSU wins.

LSU's offense is going to be a problem, not only for FSU, but for everyone else as well.

ND was a huge favorite with much greater talent against that FSU team and went to OT. OUTCOACHED.
LSU was dead with a minute left then FSU fumbled. LSU almost lost by either 10 - 14.
It took a miracle 99 yard drive to get to that extra point attempt. OUTCOACHED. NOT PREPARED to start the game and started the 3rd like dogshite too. Give a pass as it was Game 1 in a run down program.
Let's see what happens this year but a loss has season implications of playoff elimination right up front.

Anybody think that a top 10 matchup is a cake walk is a nut job.

Looking at last years schedule about, at least 9-10 of the games "were a problem".

So yes. A team preranked in the top 10 that beat us last year is a problem.

I think every SEC game on the schedule will be a problem, so out of 12 games, 9 of them will be a problem, 10 if you want to count Army. Mississippi State is a game wr shouldn't overlook on the road.

This game will be a war.

Jordan Travis will be the most productive QB that LSU will face this season.

Second best set of WRs that LSU will face all season (A&M likely first). Johnny Wilson (6'7") is a first round pick.

Most experienced returning OL that LSU will face all season (206 career starts).

First team All American DT (Jared Verse). Nine returning defensive starters from a good defense (20.6 PPG).

Outstanding returning RB who averaged 6.4 YPC last season (Benson).

FSU won by a single point last season against a very, very inexperienced LSU squad, first game for BK and staff as well.

LSU improved over the course of the season - don't know about fsu as I don't follow the weak acc.

I like LSU A LOT in the return match

This game will be tough, but Cajun Kelly will have our team ready and make a win look easy with JD in the thick of the Heisman race.
