re: Confrontation over Deer

As wrong as they all were from start to finish its not what someone deserves. It's about the legal side of it. If someone is breaking in your car and you leave the safety of your house with a gun in your hand you kicked it up a notch. If the guy then attacks you and you shoot him, as crazy as it sounds its gonna cost you at minimum tens of thousands of $$ to possibly time in prison. A shoving match or even fist fights will be viewed a lot different than coming out to greet that situation with a 2x4 and a gun. Now if the guy in the white shirt started beating up on the older guy the younger guy would probably be ok to grab the shovel and bang him in the head to prevent serious injury or death to the older guy. As crazy as that seems that's how its been explained to me in the last few CC classes. I see someone mentioned CC insurance in a post. I suggest some of ya'll look into that........
