They should just use eminent domain to take the unused rooms from homeowners. They don’t have a right to unoccupied rooms in their houses. Those belong to the people of the Commonwealth!

Absolutely ... as long as the Gov gives up one of the Gov Mansion rooms to someone off the street. And shouldn't this be based on income for equity? So, if you make less then $100k you take in 1, up to $450k 2, and over $1 million 5 ... in two rooms of course.
